Dr. Michael Reich joined Consileon Business Consultancy on July 1, 2022 and has been a member of the Executive Board since January 1, 2023.

Reich studied industrial engineering at the Technical University/University of Hamburg, where he also earned his doctorate. His consulting career began at a German strategy consulting firm. From 2008 – 2021 he built up his own strategy consulting company for insurance companies. In 2021 he sold the company to a large international strategy consultancy. His benchmark is the impact of the achieved results for his clients.

As Head of Financial Services at Consileon, he is responsible for banks and insurance companies.

In addition, he has been a lecturer at the Northern Business School in Hamburg since 2008 with a focus on innovation management and digitalization.

Dr. Joachim Schü has been the head of Consileon Business Consultancy since its founding in 2001.

He is responsible for the further development and internationalization of the consultancy but is also heavily involved in the operational business. One of his main focuses is the alignment of the client’s IT with its corporate strategy.

Schü studied computer science at the University of Karlsruhe and in the USA and earned his doctorate summa cum laude in Karlsruhe. From 1996 to 1999, he worked as a strategy consultant at the German branch of an American consultancy, later as an executive at a listed systems integrator until 2001.

Mag. Harald Kohlberger has been at the helm of Consileon Business Consultancy GmbH in Austria since its founding in 2008.

He is responsible for the further development of the business from Austria and is also heavily involved in the operational business. One focus is on strategic projects in the corporate and public sectors with a socio-political and economic impact, as well as new business ideas and models.

Kohlberger studied economics at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz and in Switzerland. From 1998 to 2002, he worked for a renowned consulting firm as a strategy consultant, then until 2008 for one of Austria’s largest construction industry groups as Head of Corporate Development, Secretary-General, and Group Spokesperson.

Since 2018, he has also been Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Austria’s largest and internationally awarded IT and technology park, Lakeside Technology Park in Klagenfurt/Carinthia.

Wolfgang Schubart first completed an apprenticeship as an office clerk at the Sparkasse and later graduated in computer science.
Schubart joined Consileon in 2008. He is currently an Associate Partner and a member of the Executive Board. In addition, he brings extensive experience as an Executive in international consulting firms. Thematically, Wolfgang Schubart is very broadly positioned, with particular strengths in the following industries:

As a member of the Executive Board, Wolfgang Schubart plays a key role in shaping Consileon’s success and is also Managing Director of Consileon’s subsidiaries.

Dirk Dempewolf has been part of the Consileon Executive Board since May 2016. He is responsible for the business with clients from the automotive industry.

Previously, he was an account manager and strategy consultant at Consileon, where he was responsible for projects for one of the world’s largest automotive groups.

Dempewolf studied computer science at the University of Applied Sciences (now TH) in Cologne. Before joining Consileon, he spent a total of twenty years with various IT service providers in both managerial and operational roles – including process and system development, system integration, training, sales, business unit development, and most recently as managing director.

Besides his profound expertise in the automotive industry, Dempewolf has project experience in other high-tech industries, in the financial sector and in retail.

Ralph Hientzsch has been with Consileon since 2003 and has been a Managing Partner at Consileon Frankfurt since 2005. Ralph Hientzsch consults domestic and international financial service providers on business strategy, revenue enhancement, product development, pricing policy, sales, post-merger integration, process optimization as well as in- and outsourcing.

Hientzsch completed his studies in economics at the Universities of Witten/Herdecke and Berkeley (California) as a double scholarship holder with honors. He first worked for two American consulting firms, where he rose to the position of principal.

In 2000, he became Director at Deutsche Bank with responsibility for personnel and results for a 25-strong team of consultants. Later, he headed the Customer Management and Sales Cooperation department in the Private and Business Clients division. Since 2010, Hientzsch has been a full member of the “Atlantik-Brücke” association, which promotes cooperation between the United States and Germany.

Micha Sigloch has been with Consileon since 2006. In April 2011, he moved up to the Executive Board. Sigloch is responsible for the capital markets division he built up.

After completing a banking apprenticeship, Sigloch studied business administration at the University of Augsburg and completed an MBA program at the University of Dayton (Ohio). Since 1995, he has worked as a consultant for investment companies, banks and operators of trading and custody platforms, specializing in securities settlement.

His methodological expertise ranges from organizational and technical integration of merged companies to program management, product development, procurement, efficiency analysis, process optimization and centralized administration of IT architectures.

Dr. Jörg Schlösser has been a partner and member of the Executive Board since the company was founded and has also been an authorized signatory of Consileon Business Consultancy since 2007.

He has also been a member of the Executive Board of Consileon Polska since 2007. His areas of expertise are web portals and service-oriented system architectures.

Schlösser studied computer science at the University of Karlsruhe and received his doctorate in database systems. The dissertation was written as part of a joint research project between the university and Daimler-Benz AG about data mining. Schlösser began his consulting career at a listed company.

Since 2015, he has been a senator at the Bundesverband Deutscher Mittelstand e.V. (German Association of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses).
