At the same time, many employers realized that their employees live and breathe productivity and innovation, even in the home office.

There is unlikely to be a complete return to the “old” world. We are all heading toward a hybrid work world where presence and remote coexist. Employees and employers have recognized the benefits and want to retain them. But it’s not that simple: corporate management and employee leadership must be brought into the digital space and optimized for it.
