Since 2021, I have been taking care of everything to do with recruiting at Consileon together with my colleague Simone. I was immediately welcomed into the team and with my new responsibility came the scope to change things for the better. Through my close exchange with everyone involved, I learned that Consileans pull together to find the best solution for the company.

What was your dream job as a child?

As a child, I had hundreds of plans for the future. When I was in primary school, I really wanted to be a big star chef because I always enjoyed cooking. Later, as a teenager, the idea of doing something for people really excited me. At first, I thought of becoming a lawyer so that I could help others and ensure justice. Later, I wanted to become a psychologist so that I could give support and hope to sad and helpless people.

How does success look to you?

For me, success is doing something that inspires you every day, in accordance with your own values.

How did you get in touch with Consileon? 

I had my first contact with recruiting in student counselling and really enjoyed it. That’s why I wanted to start working in this field full-time and that’s how I came to Consileon.

Business psychology with a focus on personnel development

What brings you joy?

Contact with people, music and tricky puzzles.

What advice do you have for applicants? 

Be authentic. An application process should always help both sides find a good match. If you pretend too much, you won’t be happy at work. Therefore, show yourself as you are and find the job that suits you best.
