Having actively followed the German wealth management market and advised market-leading providers for many years, it has always puzzled us that while we look with interest at studies that seek to predict the development of global and national assets under management, we seem less interested in the mood and challenges of our colleagues on the sales front.
With this study, we would like to contribute to closing this gap. To this end, we interviewed a total of 96 customer service employees using a structured online questionnaire.
