We recently had the opportunity to participate again at the marriage market in Witten – it was a success as always. Four Consileans were on site and could represent our consulting from four different positions, which could give all interlocutors an exciting idea of our team and company. We had numerous conversations with refreshing drinks and a relaxed atmosphere and one or the other contact could be established.
We were delighted by how many prospective bachelor’s and master’s candidates showed interest in getting to know Consileon and us, despite the wonderful weather.The students were curious, open-minded and full of motivation to learn more about our work and career opportunities.
We heard the question “What exactly does a “consultant’s day” look like?” particularly frequently. Although this question cannot be answered across the board, it was nice to provide insights as diary entries, so to speak. These conversations are significant for us because they allowed us to tell students about our broad range of experiences as well as learn about their perspectives and ideas. It was a real win-win situation from which we expect a lot for the future.
We are particularly pleased that we are able to maintain a connection with the University of Witten/Herdecke not “only” through career events like this one, but also beyond that through some alumni who are among us Consileaners. This close partnership allows us to discover promising young talents at an early stage and to show them exciting career opportunities at Consileon.
