Experts from Consileon help Deutsche Bahn predict delays in passenger traffic. From mass data (Big Data), a machine learning algorithm calculates expected arrival and departure times for long-distance and local trains. The times are communicated to all customer channels (including www.bahn.de, DB Navigator, station displays).
At the last “Festival of Change”, two of our consultants gave a presentation on the topic of artificial intelligence in companies. Their presentation dealt with a process model and the resulting four core theses.
