Ralph Hientzsch
Ralph Hientzsch joined the board of directors of Consileon Business Consultancy in 2003. In mid-2005, he became director of Consileon Frankfurt. Hientzsch advises German and international financial services providers on business strategy, profitability maximization, product development, pricing, sales, post-merger integration, process reengineering, in- and outsourcing. He also counsels clients from other industries on distribution issues.
During his more than 15 years of working as a consultant and business executive, Hientzsch has contributed to several books, written numerous articles for Germany’s leading daily newspaper FAZ, business journal Handelsblatt, and trade publications Die Bank as well as Versicherungswirtschaft. He has lectured at universities and trade conferences, too.
Hientzsch studied economics at Witten/Herdecke University and in Berkeley, California. He won two scholarships and graduated with distinction. His career began at two US-based consulting firms, where he rose to principal. In 2000, Hientzsch went to Deutsche Bank to become director of an in-house consulting team of 25, before he headed the customer management and sales cooperation department of the bank’s private and corporate clients division. Hientzsch has been a full member of Atlantik-Brücke, a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening understanding and cooperation between Germany and the United States, since 2010.
