Adviser to the board Klaus Ewerth
Klaus Ewerth is a managing partner of Civitas International, an executive search agency established 1971, with offices in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, London and Vienna. He also sits on several supervisory and advisory boards.
Before joining Civitas, Ewerth was based in London for two and a half years, overseeing the European business of Russell Reynolds Associates, a recruitment consultancy. Previous positions included managing the company’s Munich office as well as serving as deputy manager of its German operations.
Prior to that, he had worked as business consultant at A. T. Kearney in Duesseldorf and Munich, and at UBS Paine Webber in London. At the very beginning of his career, Ewerth served as a naval officer on a submarine. After graduation in sociology from Hamburg University, he went to the ESCP EAP business school in Paris to acquire an MBA degree.
