business consultant |
Having served as controller in the telecommunications and banking industries, I wanted to do something else in mid-2003. Working with somebody from Consileon on a CRM project had shown me that consultants can do more than cast colourful slides onto the wall. They can add value to a client’s business.
When the opportunity arose to join Consileon myself, I did not hesitate to seize it. A particularly fascinating aspect of my new job was how the change in perspective from internal to external affected my views on the corporate structures and processes I had known for a long time. Novel, too, was dealing with clients’ expectations as well as the scope of action and responsibility I was given.
Consileon’s corporate culture is based on the team spirit and commitment of its staff. Without them, it would be impossible to master such a wide range of subjects in our project work. If you like to see your ideas materialize, and thrive on new challenges, you should become one of us.
