entry as
IT consultant
My principal areas of study (information technology, finance, statistics) and practical training in Germany and Chile (software development, investment banking) have stood me in good stead at Consileon. Since I joined the company upon graduation in early 2007, I have been working on a CRM project for a German retail bank. Specifically, I have been evaluating marketing campaigns and looking into ways to automate such analyses.
From day one, I have been responsible for the conception, selection of IT components and implementation of the project. Knowing that I could always fall back on my fellow Consileans’ expertise, I enjoyed the diverse challenges that the assignment provided.
What I like most about working as a consultant is the team effort involved in managing a project, the variety of tasks and the need for analysis. After my job interview, I was convinced that all of that would be possible in a humane manner at Consileon. Day-to-day cooperation with personalities who excel both in skills and in humour has proven to me countless times just how right that impression was.
